QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya(PIA) - - The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Runruno of this municipality recently received fund assistance from FCF Minerals Corporation.

Barangay Captain John Babliing said the mining company through General Manager for Operations Lorne Harvey recently gave P 455,026 to the BLGU.

He said the fund was generated by the company from the proceeds of their sold project site-wide recyclable materials.

“We will use this fund for our various environemntal protection-related initiatives in our barangay,” Babliing said.

He said their barangay is also stepping-up its campaign in generating funds from their recyclable materials from various households.

“The FCF generated funding assistance will augment our resources to make more projects for the benefit of our villagers,” Babliing said.(BME/PIA NVizcaya)
