CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - The new Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) head of this province has assumed the post after a simple turnover ceremony held last May 17, 2022.

The ceremony between outgoing OIC-PENRO Isabela head Federico Cauilan, Jr. and incoming PENRO Head Orly Cariazo was spearheaded by Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2 Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan at the Zen Hotel, Santiago City this province.

The DENR 's Assistant Regional Executive Director for Management Services, Ismael Manaligod, presented the special order of the newly appointed Isabela PENR officer.

Carioza was formerly assigned at the Forest Management Bureau of the DENR Central Office, and as OIC-PENRO in Davao prior to his appointment as a full-fledged PENRO.

According to PENRO Isabela Information Officer Raquel Caldez, Forester Cauilan will report to his previous assignment as CENRO of Palanan, Isabela after the turnover. (OTB/MGE /PIA Isabela)
