The NCIP chairperson also discussed the 11 Building Blocks of a Resilient, Responsive and Relevant ICCs/IPs Ancestral Domains such as Confirmation of IPs, Registration of IPO, CAD/CALT Delineation Process, Establishment of ADMO, among others.
Capuyan advised the Agtas to enrich their Ancestral Domain saying that the land is occupied or possessed by ICCs/IPs, by themselves or through their ancestors, communally or individually since time immemorial.
He also stressed that the 11 Building Blocks s should be fully integrated inside the AD and that NGAs/GAs should have a smooth strategic work flow on the implementation of their programs and services.
Furthermore, he urged the Agtas to take part in the decision-making process and that they should know all the government projects within the AD.
Meanwhile, various national and local government agencies such as DILG, PNP, AFP, DOLE, TESDA, DepEd, PSA, DAR, PIA, MSWDO Nagtipunan and others presented their programs and services for the IPs.
Also present during the said visitation were Ethnographic Commissioner Simplicia P. Hagada, NCIP R02 Regional Director Atty. Onit M. Daquioag, NCIP R03 Regional Director Atty. Roman Antonio, Quirino Provincial Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua, Nagtipunan Municipal Mayor Noel T. Lim, some Sangguniang Bayan members, Quirino Police Provincial Office Provincial Director PCOL Rommel A. Rumbaoa, 86th IB of 502nd Birgade Philippine Army represented by the Chief Operations Officer Ms. Judily Ann S. Bugante Dissimungal barangay officials and the PMRs of Diffun and Saguday.
