President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has directed the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Wednesday, January 11, to closely monitor the situation in areas affected by heavy rainfall and flooding. He also instructed them to render assistance to the Local Government Units (LGUs) involved and their constituents.
