QUEZON CITY, (PIA) --The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet – Pasay City located at Lifestyle 1 Building, Hobbies of Asia, #8 Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City will transfer to a better location to serve their clients better.
Thus, it will be temporarily closed on 25 May 2023 (Thursday) at 12:00 noon until 31 May 2023 (Wednesday) in preparation for the transfer to its new location and system enhancement.
The outlet’s operation is targeted to resume its operation on 01 June 2023 (Thursday) at its new location on 5th Floor, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., corner Aseana Ave., Parañaque City.
The PSA said clients may still opt to avail of their Civil Registry Documents (CRDs) and Certifications through the following channels:
1. Book an appointment at any PSA CRS Outlets in Metro Manila via appointment.psa.gov.ph
2. PSA-authorized online channels
a.PSASerbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph)
Caters to local and international requests for CRDs and Certifications
b. PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph)
3. Walk-in at any accredited Batch Request System (BREQS) partners at Local Government Units and SM Business Centers
Moreover, all unclaimed documents requested at CRS Outlet-Pasay City from January to May 2023 shall be released at the new location. (psa/pia-ncr)
