Through the SSS eWheels, members and pensioners in the village of Cabudian were familiarized with the various SSS online services of the agency like My.SSS Portal and SSS Mobile App.
SSS Iloilo-Central branch also brought its services such as issuance of Social Security (SS) Number, My.SSS registration, My.SSS Account Resetting, Payment Reference Number (PRN) Generation for contribution and loans, Disbursement Account Enrollment, Member Data Change Request, and Online Application of Salary Loan, Pension Loan Application, Conso-Loan, and benefit claim application Benefit Claims Application.
Most of the residents served are job seekers who got their SS Numbers and newly-registered members under the self-employed category and registered in the My.SSS Portal.
Gonzales said to enable more residents in the villages to be able to transact online with the agency, “SSS E-Center sa Barangay” shall be implemented soon by signing a joint agreement with the local government unit.
“We shall orient the barangay personnel who will be assigned in manning the SSS E-Center to better assist their constituents in using our online services,” said Gonzales.
The village will prepare the necessary IT resources to make the project possible.
