ILOILO CITY (PIA) -- Tourists and locals alike will once again witness the grandeur of Dinagyang Festival of Iloilo City come January 2024.

With the recent kick off of the 100-day countdown for Dinagyang Festival 2024, Mayor Jerry Treñas highlighted the resilience and strong faith of the Ilonggos amid the challenges.

"We bring back the honor and glory to our dear Señor Sto. Nino as we continue to be nothing but extremely proud of our resilience," Mayor Treñas said.

He also expressed his appreciation to the steering and working committees from Iloilo Festivals Foundation Inc., San Jose Parish Placer, City Government, and other private sector partners like SM City Iloilo for the hard work and commitment to ensure that the next Dinagyang celebration is the grandest and the most creative ever.

"Let us all continue to work together and showcase our beloved city to the world. Let's share the excitement of our hearts that beat in and for Iloilo City. Padayon lang kita," he added.
