LANAO DEL NORTE (PIA)--The Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, through the Provincial Cooperative Office (PCO), distributed a total of 1,000 free-range chickens to 25 cooperatives under the Alternative Livelihood Program for COVID-19 Affected Cooperatives.

PCO head Minda V. Regis spearheaded the distribution of chickens and feeds to seventeen (17) cooperatives from the municipality of Kapatagan, three (3) from Sultan Naga Dimaporo, five (5) from Balo-i. 

To date, a total of 3,040 chickens were already distributed to 76 cooperatives. Only 30 out of the 106 target cooperatives are left and set to received their share from PCO.

Through the leadership of Governor Imelda 'Angging' Quibranza-Dimaporo, more and more Covid-affected individuals and organizations received help from the Provincial Government. (PIO-LDN)
