How to avail Malabon LGU’s ‘Ahon Blue Card’

With the launching of the “Malabon Ahon Blue Card” by Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval, a pioneering project that brings together social services, information, identification, and financial features to northern metro constituents, the financial and social benefits for residents will now be expedited.

The Malabon Ahon Blue Card is a unified, multi-purpose government-issued citizen ID that consolidates financial and social aids in close cooperation with the City Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD).

The Ahon Blue Card works as an electronic system that can primarily be used to receive various social and financial assistance offered by the City Government of Malabon, including social amelioration as well as medical, financial, and burial assistance.

Who can avail the Malabon Ahon Blue Card?

Only the head of the household is required to register on behalf of the family. It can be the father, mother, or the eldest sibling who is part of the working population in the city.

What do you need to bring?

The registrants are requested to bring a government issued identification card (ID) along with its photocopy. Bringing your own ballpen and snacks while waiting in the registration and validation site is also advised to avoid any inconvenience.

Where and when can you register?

The second phase of the onsite and online registration for the Malabon Ahon Blue Card has already started on Tuesday (Jan. 10). For walk-in registrants, the head of respective families may come to Malabon City Hall Lobby until February 14 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. For online registrants, you may input your personal information through this link: https://bit.ly/BlueCardPreReg

In terms of the validation of your registration, wait for the confirmation call or message of the CSWDD regarding the date of the release of stubs from your respective barangay. Once you secure your stub, you may visit the designated validation sites of the city on a scheduled basis. It can be found at Malabon City Square Mall, Fishermall, and Robinsons Town Mall Malabon.

Should you have inquiries regarding your registration, you may reach out to the official Facebook page of CSWDD or contact the said department on this number: 8281-4999 local 3015/3016. (Malabon PIO/PIA-NCR)
