Densing III, during his speech in the 2022 National Literacy Awarding ceremony in Mandaluyong City on December 1 said it is important for Filipinos to help each other to uplift the education sector of the country. The Department of Education (DepEd) through the Literacy Coordinating Council recognizes the best literary practices of local government units (LGU) and nongovernment organizations (NGOs) through this awarding ceremony.
