Safety guidelines set for visitors
QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- The Planetarium will reopen to visitors starting this July.
Planetarium visitors are advised to undergo temperature scan upon entry. Persons with temperature of 37.5 and above will note be admitted.
Likewise, persons with COVID19 symptoms will not be admitted.
A health declaration form must be filled out before entering the museum. This can also be done online through StaySafePh mobile application.
Visitors are also advised to wear face masks and face shields at all times within the museum.
And social distancing of at least two meters between persons not belonging to the same household must be observed at all times.
The Planetarium is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 9:00am to 12:00nn (AM session) and from 1:00pm to 4:00pm (PM session).
Walk-in visitors are welcome but will be limited to 20 persons per session only. Each session takes about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, Planetarium shows are temporarily not available.
Persons aged 15 years old and above are allowed to visit the museum. Senior citizens who are fully vaccinated will also be allowed entry at the Planetarium provided that Vaccination Card must be presented. Likewise, persons with disabilities (PWDs) are welcome at the museum. Visitors are required to present a valid ID with their birthdate. (National Museum/PIA-NCR)
