TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan (PIA) - - The SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown has set up a special Rider’s Lounge for local delivery riders waiting for their customers' orders inside the mall.

In its press release issued today, the rider's lounge has a charging station where delivery partners could charge their mobile phones.

The mall management through their safety protocol officers reminds riders to observe minimum health protocols while using the area so that the mall can mantain its Safety Seal certification.

It should be recalled that in May this year, the SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown was the first establishment in Region 2 to receive the Safety Seal from the local government and other implementing agencies as directed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).

The Safety seal affirms that an establishment has been found compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government, including the adoption or integration with the StaySafe.ph in contact tracing application. (MDCT/PIA Cagayan)
