Pateros barangays now Safety Seal certified

PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- All 10 barangays of the Municipality of Pateros are now Safety Seal Certified.

According to the Department of the Interior and Local Government National Capital Region (DILG-NCR), the Pateros Inspection and Certification Committee has completed awarding the 10 barangays of the Municipality of Pateros the Safety Seal last July 14.

The Safety Seal Certification Program encourages not only businesses but also local government offices to comply with the minimum public health standards set by the government and uses or integrates its contact tracing with staysafe.ph. to contain the spread of COVID-19 while safely reopening the economy.

The Safety Seal Certification Program is instituted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) through a joint memorandum circular of the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI), DILG, the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Tourism (DOT), and the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
