PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- Pag-IBIG Fund branches in the National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila will remain open during the implementation of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), from August 6 to 20, 2021.
In an advisory, Pag-IBIG said that branches in NCR and its NCR Housing Hub in Mandaluyong City will remain open and will be operating on a limited capacity in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 87: Establishing the on-site Capacity to be Observed by Government Agencies and Instrumentalities in the National Capital Region for the Period of 06 to 20 August 2021.
According to Pag-IBIG Fund, branches in NCR will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays (Monday to Friday) to serve members with the following transactions:
1. Scheduled Releasing of Checks;
2. Acceptance of Payments; and
3. Issuance of Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus (for MPL and Calamity Loan applicants only)
For claim of Pag-IBIG Savings (retirement claim for ages 60 to 64, early retirement claim, by beneficiaries due to member's death, and MP2 Savings pre-termination), drop boxes are placed outside the branch premises to safely accept applications.
For membership registration, business registration, and claim of Pag-IBIG Savings (Regular Savings maturity, MP2 Savings maturity, optional withdrawal, and mandatory retirement for ages 65 and up), the Virtual Pag-IBIG is always open to serve.
To apply for Multi-Purpose Loans or Calamity Loans, drop boxes can also be used or visit the Virtual Pag-IBIG.
Meanwhile, for NCR Housing Hub located in Mandaluyong City, from August 06 to 20, 2021, the NCR Housing Hub is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
For payments, membes may pay online via Virtual Pag-IBIG, or through accredited collecting partners' outlets and online payment channels.
Likewise, for submission of documents, drop boxes are in placed for:
- Submission of Bid for Acquired Asset
- Submission of Housing Loan Application and Notice of Approval or Notice of Disapproval compliance
- Submission of Requirements of Winning Buyer of Acquired Asset
Members will be informed to set appointments for the following:
- Release of Checks
- Acceptance of Post-Dated Checks (PDCs)
- Reservation of Acquired Assets
Public auctions, property appraisals, and borrower validation, meanwhile, will all be done online.
