CESB holds leadership congress in November

QUEZON CITY, Oct. 20 (PIA) -- The Career Executive Service Board (CESB) will conduct the 2021 Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress from November 09 to 12, 2021 in conjunction with its 48th Founding Anniversary.

This year's CES Congress, which focuses on the theme “Resilience 4.0 – Courage, Agility and Future-Ready Leadership," puts forward the key leadership skills needed to thrive in the 4th Industrial Revolution.

The event intends to:

  1. Highlight the importance of resilience in the volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous and digital world;
  2. Feature leaders and exemplars from the government and private sector to share lessons and best practices on building personal resilience, as well as agile and technology-driven organizations and communities; and,
  3. Provide an avenue for the annual oath-taking of new CES eligibles and celebration of the outstanding achievements of the CES Community.

"The COVID-19 pandemic has pronounced the collective need for 4th Industrial Revolution technologies. Let us develop a resilient governance framework that is not only responsive to our current needs, but also agile to adapt to the realities of the future," the CESB advisory reads.

Hence, CESB invites all CES Officers, eligibles and aspiring eligibles to register through cesboard.gov.ph/ly/ cescon21 or through the QR Code provided in the infographic. Log in the official CESB Facebook @ https://web.facebook.com/ photo/?fbid=239532988218763& set=a.226390956199633.
