QUEZON CITY (PIA) -- As Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries continue to receive grants, the Department of Social Welfare and Development–National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR) has recognized the support and cooperation of all stakeholders in the successful implementation of the program.
This year's Multistakeholders’ General Assembly was held virtually on Thursday, December 9 to ensure the safety of its participants.
During the event, DSWD-NCR Regional Director Vicente Gregorio Tomas said that the department has proven that social development goals can be realized with the partnership of its stakeholders.
According to Tomas, DSWD’s programs are not just for the beneficiaries of the 4Ps, but also other disadvantaged members of the society.

The department also expressed appreciation to its public and private sector partners and vowed to continue to innovate and improve public services and initiatives.
Special awards were given to Muntinlupa City Local Government, San Juan City Mayor Fancisco Zamora, Mandaluyong City Local Government, and Ms. Lydia Serrano.
In 2021, there are over four million beneficiaries of the government's conditional cash transfer program. (PIA-NCR)
