15 DFA consular office to resume operations on Jan 21

QUEZON CITY (PIA) -- The Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) informs the public that they can avail of its consular services in National Capital Region (NCR) when they resume operation in its 15 sites on January 21, 2022.


The disruption of service at the DFA’s NCR Consular Offices and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) facilities was announced earlier due to the surge of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus disease) cases after the holidays.


These include the DFA Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana Business Park in Parañaque City, the NCR Central, NCR East, NCR North, NCR Northeast, NCR South, NCR West, TOPS Newport Mall, TOPS Robinsons Las Pinas, TOPS Robinsons Novaliches, TOPS Robinsons Place Magnolia, TOPS SM Aura, TOPS SM Manila, TOPS SM Mall of Asia, and TOPS SM North Edsa.


According to the DFA, applicants whose appointment were cancelled due to the temporary suspension has been contacted via email for their new appointment schedule. 


Those with emergency and urgent medical travel needs may send an email request to the relevant office.
