PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- State pension fund Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) reminded its members and clients that limited onsite operations is still in effect at the GSIS head office in Pasay City, as well as branches in Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City, and in Bulacan province until January 31, 2022.
The limited onsite operations are in effect under Alert Level 3 pursuant to IATF Resolution Nos. 155 and 155-A.
Members and clients are reminded of the following limited services:
- eCard enrollment and card releasing
- Cashiering
- Check Releasing
- Issuance of clearance, certifications, final statements of accounts
- Housing and non-life insurance
To ensure the safety of GSIS personnel and clients, the operating hours of onsite services will be from 8:00am until 3:00pm.
All clients who are already in the GSIS service areas by 12 noon or Cashiering by 3:00pm will be accommodated.
The filing of applications for all loans and claims, including applications under the Lease with Options to Buy (LWOB) Program, will be contactless, through:
- Email
- eGSISMO
- GWAPS Kiosks
- Drop boxes stationed at the lobbies of GSIS offices
Likewise, payment of individual loans may also be done through GSIS Bayad Center partners listed on the GSIS website (https://www.gsis.gov.ph/).
Meanwhile, the conduct of the Annual Pensioners Information Revalidation (APIR) interviews will be strictly online. Pensioners may schedule their online APIR through text (SMS) or email. (GSIS/PIA-NCR)
