In her message, she talked about the role of women in society as she emphasized the need to address gender inequality and make a positive change for women in this year’s celebration of National Women’s Month.
She also highlighted the achievements of all women and encouraged them to exercise their rights and to take part in nation-building.
“As we celebrate Women’s Month this March, let us make change work for women that this month will be for us to celebrate the success of women, to stand up and make decisions, and to express our rights, and to participate in making our country progress towards a better future,” said Riñen.
“So for the men, you have to remember that you will not be here if not because of the women and that is why you should take care of your mother, your wife, and your sisters," she added. (RGC/PIA7)
