CALOOCAN CITY, (PIA) –The Philippine National Police (PNP) signed an Agreement with a major television broadcast network UNTV to put back on the air the flagship police mass communication television programs.

The MOA was signed yesterday at the PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame, by Police General Dionardo B Carlos, for the PNP and Mr. Daniel Razon represented by Mr. Gerardo Panghulan, Vice President along with Mr. Jose Rhonel Eusebio, Vice President for Revenue Group and PBGen Roderick Augustus Alba, Chief Public Information Office

The Agreement outlines the commitment of both parties in establishing cooperation and strong partnership for the continuity of calibrated public affairs programs which are designed to provide latest significant accomplishments, PNP programs and projects as well as situational updates on security, peace and order in the country.

“The PNP recognizes the significance of information and communication strategies especially on various functions and activities of the organization highlighting the exemplary works and good deeds of our police units as they provide public safety and law enforcement in their respective area of responsibility," Carlos said.

The event also paved the way for the official launch of “The TSIP” and “Pulis @ Ur Serbis Reloaded” as the two new lead programs and face of the PNP.

The TSIP is a more interactive, 60 minute program every Saturday 7PM - 8 PM in all PNP social media platforms that will focus on the Week that was for the PNP highlighting our initiatives in crime prevention, crime solution and law enforcement to attain a strongly rooted and secure community geared towards the AMBISYON Natin 2040.

Meanwhile, Pulis @ Ur Serbis Reloaded, a 90 minute program to be aired Mondays through Fridays from 12:30PM-2:00 PM will showcase the accomplishments of Police Regional Offices and National Support Units. This program will further establish stronger linkage with the community for a bolder awareness of the public on the intensified PNP’s campaign on anti-criminality, anti-corruption and anti-terrorism insurgency.

“Katuwang ang ating media partners sa UNTV/BMPI, ang mga programang ito ay magbibigay daan para sa mas malawak na pagbabahagi ng kaalaman, kamalayan at mga impormasyon na may kinalaman sa ating programa kontra krimen, korapsyon, iligal na droga at terorismo para sa seguridad at kaligtasan ng ating bansa at mamamayang Pilipino,” Carlos said.
