QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- The new government buildings in Pasig City will soon be named after prominent Pasigueños.
“Goodbye to the old practice of naming bldgs after incumbent politicians,” said Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.
Mayor Sotto said that new government buildings in the city will be named after prominent Pasigueños who have passed away for over 10 years.
Recently, Sotto and Pasig City Representative Roman Romulo led the inauguration of the new Jovito Salonga Building located at the Pasig Elementary School.
The local chief executive added that the names of other new buildings will be announced by July this year. (Pasig City/PIA-NCR)
