KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato (PIA) -- The barangay drug clearing program for 63 barangays in North Cotabato, which voted to join the Bangsamoro region in a plebiscite in February 2019, is no longer under the supervision of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 12.
