
QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- The Department of Trade and Industry’s Center for Innovation and Technology Enterprise (DTI-CITE) and the City Government of Marikina led the groundbreaking of the Nacida Incubator Facility.
Marikina City Mayor Marcy Teodoro, together with DTI officials, Undersecretary Blesila Lantayona (Regional Operations Group), Undersecretary Ireneo Vizmonte (Management Services Group), DTI NCRO Regional Director Marcelina Alcantara, CITE Head Ferdinand Angeles led the groundbreaking event.
Public Works and Highway Metro Manila first district Engineer Lamberto De Leon and Concepcion Dos Barangay Captain Jane Zubiri also participated in the ceremony.
The project is also in partnership with Marikina Second District Representative Stella Quimbo.
According to Mayor Marcy, the said project will be a big help to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who were greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. (Marikina City/PIA-NCR)
