CALOOCAN CITY, (PIA) -- Employment opportunities are waiting for qualified Manila residents at Joyride after the City Government of Manila, through its Public Employment Service Office, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with JoyRide PH on Tuesday, August 9.
Under the Agreement, Joyride PH will hire qualified Manila residents in their company.
Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan was joined by Vice Mayor Yul Servo Nieto, JoyRide PH VP for Special Projects Rico Meneses, Senior VP for Corporate Affairs Noli Eala, and VP for JoyRide Car Menard Umali.
The mayor expressed her appreciation on the job opportunities provided for Manileños through them.
"Malaking ooportunity po talaga ito sa amin. Huwag po kayong magsasawang tulungan kami," she said.
"Alam n'yo naman na ngayon palang tayo umaahon-ahon. Pero marami pa ring mga taga Maynila na medyo hirap pa rin ngayon," she added.
JoyRide PH VP for Special Projects Rico Meneses pointed out the ease of application for those who are qualified for the job.
