PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto recently led the launching of the ‘Ortigas Market,’ the newest weekend food hub in the metropolis.
The weekend food hub aims to promote community building and to create opportunities that can help small businesses and vendors continuously thrive amid the pandemic.
According to the city government, the Ortigas Market, which is located at F. Ortigas Road (formerly Emerald Avenue) at the Ortigas Center in Barangay San Antonio, houses 33 stalls offering a variety of local foods and finds to choose from.
Visitors who want to experience and enjoy the latest weekend hotspot in town may visit the market every Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This project is made possible by the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Promos Inc., in partnership with the City Government of Pasig through its Local Economic Development and Investment Office, Barangay San Antonio, Ortigas Center Association, Inc, and the farm-to-table platform "Mayani," among others.
