PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- The Department of Public Works and Highways National Capital Region is all set for this year’s observance of Undas to provide assistance to motorists.
The nine (9) District Engineering Offices (DEOs) of DPWH NCR have positioned its Motorist Assistance Team to strategic points in Metro Manila.
The ‘Lakbay Alalay’ aims to aid motorists and commuters, and even tourists in coordination with the concerned government agencies and local government units until November 2, 2022.

DPWH NCR advises the public to take caution, bring extra patience on the road, and sought the assistance of the DPWH Motorist Assistance Team in their areas when the need arises.
The DEOs ensured that proper signages, warning signs, and informational and directional signs are within clear and safe sight distance of all ongoing construction projects. Regular maintenance activities such as pothole patching, repainting of pavement markings, installation of public advisory signs, and others are also conducted by the DEOs in their respective areas before the start of the holiday rush.
