MANILA (PIA) -- The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Saturday, October 29, 5:00 am issued a Gale Warning on which strong to storm force winds are expected to affect the following areas:
Rough to high sea conditions are risky for all types of sea vessels. Mariners are also advised to remain in port or take shelter in port until winds and waves subside.
