In addition to providing access to digital material and training, it will equip project beneficiaries with the necessary ICT tools.
Under the leadership of DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy, programs focusing on the education of the youth in ICT-related matters are being pushed to the forefront to mitigate ICT literacy challenges throughout the country's demographics.
As a response and action towards assisting the Marcos administration in advancing its 8-point socio-economic agenda, Secretary Uy seeks to strengthen the nation's participation in the global digital economy by promoting ICT learning, beginning with the education of children in the proper use of digital devices and correct internet etiquette.
