TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Nov. 23 (PIA) -- Gipalig-on sa Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang pagbawal sa tanang mga fixer o third party aron makakuha og mga serbisyo sa ahensya.

Nahisulod kini sa memorandum diin gimanduan ni LTO chief Jay Art Tugade ang tanang mga regional directors nga bawalan ang tanang fixer sa pagsulod, pagsuroysuroy, paghulat o uban pang aktibidad sa bisinidad sa mga opisina sa LTO.

Apil sa gimando sa bag-ong LTO chief ang hingpit nga pagsunod sa proseso, requirements ug oras nga gitakda sa Citizen’s Charter aron mawala ang mga fixer ug red tape sa ahensya.

Aron masiguro nga mapatuman og hapsay ang proyekto, gimanduan ni Tugade ang tanang mga opisyal nga magpasa sa ilang progress report matag duha  ka buwan alang sa monitoring ug execution.

Nipasidaan usab ang LTO chief sa mga kawani sa LTO nga masakpang nakigkunsabo sa mga fixer o molapas sa probisyon sa Republic Act 11032 o ang “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018,” nga manubag sa reklamong administratibo ug mga kasong kriminal.

 “Let any LTO personnel be warned, that I will not hesitate to file charges against those who may be engaged in corrupt practices in cahoots with fixers that prevent the efficient delivery of service to the public, our customers,” pasidaan ni Tugade. (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)
