QUEZON CITY (PIA) -- The two highest officials of the country remained to be on top of satisfactory ratings among Filipinos based on the Social Weather Station survey among 1,200 respondents conducted on December 2022.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. obtained a “very good” net satisfaction rating of +68. While Vice President Sara Duterte obtained a net satisfaction rating of “excellent” +77.

The result shows the increase of ratings obtained in a similar survey conducted on Sept. 29-Oct. 2, 2022.

Further, the current administration also received an excellent overall satisfaction rating of +74.

Meanwhile, in terms of specific issues, satisfaction with the government’s efforts to help the poor was at “very good” +64; the campaign against illegal drugs at “good” +46; fighting corruption at “moderate” +12; and fighting inflation at “neutral” +1.

The SWS has yet to release the percentage of the respondents who were satisfied or dissatisfied with the two officials, as well as the geographic and socio-economic breakdown of the responses. (KSAA - PIA CPSD)
