QUEZON CITY, (PIA) – Malabon City local government unit has embarked on centralizing local government communication through the text messaging platform ‘Let’s Connect TXTMJS.’
The platform integrates all the communication channels of the city government and its departments into one centralized system which enables the citizens to connect with the local government in a more efficient way.
The initiative spearheaded by the Malabon Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) aims to expedite the information flow and disseminate important public announcements, advisories, and news reports through a text blast service.
It also serves as a feedback mechanism for citizens who wish to give their comments and suggestions to the various projects and services offered by the local government.
Citizens who wish to communicate with the departments under the Malabon City government are requested to follow the message template as follows:
TXTMJS <space> keyword <space> your message and send it to 225687 or through 09176TXTMJS (09176898657)
