Army Chief Chaplain Col. Roy L. Onggao together with religious leaders from other faiths also conducted an interfaith service wherein they prayed for the safety and well-being of the Army's servant-soldiers.
“With the Army in its continuous journey toward our vision, what we have today would not have been possible without the legacies of these lives. With this, I enjoin the men and women of the Philippine Army to continue the momentum in aspiring for excellence,” Lt. Gen. Brawner said in his keynote address.
“As we reflect on the noble causes that our fellow patriots offered their lives for, let us never forget to live by the same ideals that they have lived out. May we be fueled with the same passion to be a force that is capable of securing the country and serving the people,” the Army Chief said. (pa/pia-ncr) Photos by Staff Sergeant Cesar P. Lopez PA/OACPA
