PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- Good news! The Department of Trade and Industry, in partnership with the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - College of Accountancy and Finance (PUP-CAF) with the City Government of Mandaluyong; and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants - Metro Manila Region and Geographical Area Office (PICPA MMR-GAO) thru the Regional Sectoral Representative in Education will be conducting the Accounting for Non-Accountants (AFNA) Batch 5 Program.
According to DTI, the program will be held every Tuesday afternoon from April to May, 2023 (12:00-2:30 PM) via Zoom.
The lecture series will include the following:
- April 11, 2023 - Analyzing Business Transactions
- April 18, 2023 - Journalizing and Posting
- April 25, 2023 - Adjusting Entries
- May 2, 2023 - Completing the Accounting Cycle of the Service Business
- May 9, 2023 - Basic Merchandising and Special Journals
- May 17, 2023 - Completing the Accounting Cycle for Merchandising Business
- May 23, 2023 - Internal Control for Cash, Petty Cash, and Bank Reconciliation
- May 30, 2023 - Payroll and Basic Taxation
