The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Surigao del Sur survey team conducted a physical assessment on reported siltation in Panikian Dam for recommendation and action items to the mining companies as support to the rice farmers of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur.
The team was assisted by Barangay Captain Mamelito Cabadonga of Barangay Panikian and Mr. Japhet C. Sugian, Municipal Agriculturist of LGU-Carrascal. (Carrascal-FITS Center/PIA-Surigao del Sur)
