President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. keynotes the opening session of the 8th Annual Balik Scientist Program (BSP) Convention at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City on October 14, 2022.
Through the BSP, Filipino scientists, technologists and experts are encouraged to return to the country and share their expertise in order to promote scientific, agro-industrial and economic development.
