President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is anticipated to lead relief distributions at the Barangay San Jose II Evacuation Center in Noveleta, Cavite following an aerial inspection of damages in the province of Cavite due to Paeng today, October 31.
Noveleta is one of the heaviest hit towns of Cavite Province with ten out of its sixteen Barangays currently flooded.
