We extend our deepest condolences to Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, the rest of the Garcia family, and the loved ones and friends of former Cebu Governor Pablo ‘Pabling’ Garcia who passed away at the age of 95.

Aside from serving as the provincial chief executive of Cebu, Governor Pabling’s dynamic political career includes serving as vice-governor, congressman, and deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, among others.

He will be remembered, especially by his Cebuano constituents, for his exemplary work and his dedication to public service and as a trial lawyer, law professor, and esteemed constitutionalist.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, their family and friends. We pray for the eternal repose of the soul of Governor Pabling.
