During the meeting, some minor revisions from the original approved plans of the building were proposed by the BPH representatives to suit their actual needs. It was agreed that these revisions will be considered since the structural integrity of the building is not affected.
District Engineer Briones emphasized during the meeting that the said changes should not cause delay in the implementation of the project and must be properly documented.
“Naumpisahan na natin ng mabilis, ‘wag natin itigil para lang i-criticize natin ang dokumento o may babaguhin tayo na major repair or renovation, ituloy lang natin na medyo adaptable pa rin ‘yung ospital, said Briones.
As of February 7, 2022, the said project (Phase 1 and Phase 2) has an overall accomplishment of 46.94%.
According to the district engineer, the completion of the project would greatly benefit not only the people of Biliran but also patients from the neighboring towns/cities of this province to have a quality and affordable health facility. (DPWH-BDEO)
