13 March 2022 civil service exam results out

QUEZON CITY -- Examinees who took the Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test held 13 March 2022 may now check whether they passed the test or not through the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website at www.csc.gov.ph.

On the right-hand side of the CSC website homepage, the examinee can click on “Examination Result” to access the List of Passers per level of exam and region. Only the names of passers can be searched from the list; if an examinee’s name cannot be found, it means they failed the test.

The CSC advised passers that they may claim their Certification of Eligibility (printed on CSC letterhead, free of charge) through the CSC Regional Office (RO) or Field Office (FO) by 13 June 2022. They are further advised to check first the availability of their certifications before going to the CSC RO or FO.

In claiming the certification, passers must present any of the following valid ID cards: Driver’s License; Passport; PRC License; SSS ID; GSIS ID (UMID); Voter’s ID/Voter’s Certification; BIR ID (ATM type/TIN card type with picture); PhilHealth ID (must have the bearer’s name, clear picture, signature and PhilHealth number); Company/Office ID; School ID; Police Clearance/Police Clearance Certificate; Postal ID; Barangay ID; NBI Clearance; Seaman’s Book; HDMF Transaction Card; PWD ID; Solo Parent ID; Senior Citizen’s ID; or ACR I-Card.

Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on special paper at cost) starting 13 June 2022 from the CSC ROs. Examinees are advised to contact directly the CSC RO for the details of securing a schedule/appointment in applying for the Certification of Eligibility.

Meanwhile, examinees who passed or failed the test can generate their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Results Generation System (OCSERGS) by 27 May 2022. No report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.

To use the OCSERGS, examinees shall be asked to input their date, type, and place of examination in the corresponding data fields under the applicant’s personal information. The OCSERGS can be accessed through the official CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph.
