NAVAL, Biliran -- The Department of Science and Technology - Biliran Provincial Science and Technology Center through its provincial head, Romeo L. Dignos, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Union Integrated School (UIS) on August 5.

The purpose of the said MOU is to have mutual collaboration on activities that benefits their common clients.

The UIS requested the DOST-8 for the adoption of the S&T Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosk Stations (STARBOOKS).

The teachers from UIS, who visited the PSTC office, were oriented by Gracevillalyn Saldo, STARBOOKS point person of DOST Biliran, on the operation of the STARBOOKS for appreciation on its importance both to the teachers and students. (DOST Biliran PSTC)
