NAVAL, Biliran (BPPO) --The Biliran Police Provincial Office (BPPO) under the leadership of PCol. Dionesio DC Apas Jr., acting provincial director, ranked No. 1 in the Unit Performance Evaluation Report (UPER) for the period August 1-30, 2022, with a total score of 91.26%.
Report released by the Office of the Regional Plans Strategic and Management Division (ORPSMD) of PRO-8, shows that BPPO reached the top spot among the six provincial offices, two city offices and Mobile Force Battalion at the Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8).
The UPER is an accumulative ranking taken from the following parameters the operational and administrative accomplishments of every province or city.
Apas commends all personnel from the provincial headqurters down to police stations for the job well done.
“Such performance is indeed a result of collaborative efforts, commitment, and dedication of all Biliran PPO officers and men in doing its mandate to serve and protect the public, with the indispensable support of LGUs and stakeholders of Biliran province, and added a tagline, 'Life is beautiful, kaligtasan nyo sagot ko…kaya tulong-tulong tayo,'" Apas said.
