The baseline profiling conducted by the M&E Unit will ensure that reliable data are gather as a reference in conducting an impact assessment through the Rapid Appraisal of Emerging Benefits (RAEB), a PRDP tool which is used to determine the success of the project atleast one year after project completion.
With the immediate feedback from farmers and beneficiaries, the project implementation will measure the achievement of the desired outcome for the farmers and beneficiaries, as end users. (NGPB/DA-Caraga/PIA-Surigaso del Sur)
