Butuan City – After producing National Winners of Productivity Olympics on 2015, 2019 and 2021, the Regional Tripartite and Productivity Board-(RTWPB) Caraga once again produced four outstanding MSMEs who will represent the region for the upcoming 2023 National Productivity Olympics in October of this year.
The National Productivity Olympics, a biennial event initiated by National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) and RTWPBs nation-wide, is a prestigious competition that showcases the best of the Philippines’ productivity –driven enterprises. It is a platform where micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from all regions gather to demonstrate their best practices in productivity, innovation and business sustainability.
With this year’s theme, “From Striving to Thriving: Reset and Reposition for Impact,” it aims to recognize MSMEs that demonstrated resilience in their adjustments in business strategies and goals as pandemic changed the world of work to achieve their targets, sustain growth, and contribute to economic recovery, and those that upgraded their technologies and innovation capacity, preserved employment and kept their employees engaged and committed to organizational goals.
