RA 11930 or the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act, or more commonly known as the Anti-OSAEC and CSAEM Act, shields children from online sexual abuse and exploitation, by, among others, creating the National Coordination Center against OSAEC and CSAEM that will help the prevent the commission of OSAEC and reintegrate children into the mainstream of society, and requiring internet intermediaries to report, block access to, remove, or take down CSAEM.
