But, the City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, and through the City General Services Office (CGSO) transformed the community into a clean and vibrant recreational space.
The first step was establishing proper waste segregation programs and educating on responsible waste management. The effort of the city government has resulted in a stunning metamorphosis of the area.
