CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - The Provincial Government of Isabela (PGI) in coordination with the Department of Education (DepEd) - Isabela has turned over last week 270 educational tablets to the three last-mile schools in Dinapigue, one of the four coastal towns in the province.

The distribution of tablets is part of PGI’s support in helping the education sector and the learners in the province cope with the blended learning of DepEd due to the pandemic.

It is recalled that the provincial government has vowed to support the DepEd in its blended learning to continue the learning process using the said mode as a measure to reach the learners.

Fourth District SP members Abegail Sable, the chair of the Provincial Committee on Education, together with SP Member Clifford Raspado, Dinapigue Mayor Reynaldo Derjie including the school officials of the three schools personally handed over the 270 tablets to the beneficiaries.

Parents of learners from Ayod Integrated School, Dinapigue Central School, and Dibulo Integrated School received the tablets from PGI in behalf of their children.

The team also turned over the storage boxes for modules from the Provincial Cooperative Development Office to Dinapigue National High School. (MDCT/MGE/PIA Isabela)
