NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (PIA) –- Multi-sectoral bikers in the province pedal in unison to call for peace and justice to end the atrocities perpetrated by communist terrorist groups (CTGs) in the country.

Both the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) and the 303rd Infantry Brigade of the Philippine Army provided security to the bikers all over the province as they commemorate the death of fellow bikers--Absalon cousins Kieth and Nolven of Masbate who were killed by a landmine explosion planted by CTG Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army in Masbate on June 6, 2021.

Kieth Absalon, a cyclist and a promising football player of Far Eastern University (FEU), died in a roadside bombing and shooting that was claimed by the NPA.
