CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - - Officials from the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) - Isabela and the Local Government Unit of San Mateo have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementation of Electronic Business Permit and Licensing System in the town.

The MOA signed between DICT Isabela head Cirilo Gazzingan Jr and San Mateo Mayor Gregorio Pia aims to speed up the processing of business permits and licenses in the town.

Gazzingan said the DICT continuously partners with LGUs in providing internet for a fast processing of transactions and even providing Tech4Ed centers for easy and reliable conduct of researches.

Meanwhile, San Mateo Mayor Gregorio Pua thanked DICT Isabela for making partnership with them especially in implementing the electronic business permit and licensing system which will surely speed up the processing of transactions in the business permit and licensing office.

“We expressed our gratitude to DICT Isabela for partnering with us for the computerization of our business permit and licensing issuance,” Pia said. (BME/MGE/PIA Isabela)
