MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur (PIA) -- Following the inauguration of the newly restored Masjid Darussalam on Thursday, July 22,, the Pangadapun family conveyed gratitude to Task Force Bangon Marawi (TFBM) and private donors.

"We would like to thank this administration through Sec. Eduardo del Rosario dahil napasama ito sa rehab. Nagpapasalamat sa donor na nagbigay ng tulong for this masjid," said Yasir Pangadapun, administrator of Masjid Darussalam.

Located in Barangay Raya Madaya, Masjid Darussalam is the second mosque repaired inside the most affected area.

Marawi City Mayor Majul Gandrama also expressed gratitude to TFBM for its commitment to find private donors who can provide financial support in the rehabilitation of mosques.

Del Rosario has reiterated that the Task Force is committed to simultaneously restore and reconstruct public infrastructures and mosques."We are willing to help in any way possible," he said. (LELA/ PIA-ICIC)
