BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) - - The local government unit of Kayapa has launched its Electronic Business Permit and Licensing System (EBPLS) to hasten processing of business applications in the municipality.

Mayor Elizabeth Balasya said the E-BPLS will encouraged prompt licensing of businesses in their municipality.

"The EBPLS aims to lessen the processing time of business permits application/renewal in the municipality from the minimum required time of 2 hours to 15 minutes," she said.

The EBPLS is a joint project of the LGU and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT)

DTI officials said the local government unit of Kayapa is the 4th municipality in the province with EBPLS. (MDCT/BME/PIA Nueva Vizcaya)
